En fait j'ai trouvé cette source, un forum, en recherchant des images avec comme mots clé "ficus carica digitata"- digita pour "en forme de doigts"
Le latin ça peut aider! 
Puis en recherchant ce ficus Johannsis, je trouve Ficus johannis Boiss. var. laciniata Boiss. sur le site de Muséeum d'Histoire Naturelle de Paris, ici:
